Wishing you all a very Happy and Healthy 2015!
I can't believe 2014 flew by as fast as it did! and here we are at 2015! A whole new year lies ahead of us. New Year's is a great time to reflect on the past year and be grateful for all that we've accomplished and experienced.
As 2015 starts it's also a great opportunity to review what worked in 2014 (and keep doing it) and what didn't, so we can bring in new habits etc. to make 2015 the best year yet.
I am extremely grateful for each of you! and your support of Simple Healthy Kitchen. I can't wait to launch into 2015 with even more simple, healthy recipes and ideas to make eating healthy (at home, or on the go) really really easy.
So...Cheers! ( with a big green smoothie!) Here's to our health...and a great 2015!
Because I am the numbers geek that I am...I decided to have a little fun with 20..15.. so here are 20 healthy vegetables and 15 healthy fruits to include in your diet. (and yes, you'll probably see all of these make an appearance on the blog this year!)
Looking for ways to incorporate more healthy fruits and veggies in your diet? Here's a few favorites from 2014 with a list of the above healthy veggies and fruits that they contain. (click the links below each image to be taken to the recipe).
