For the healthy coleslaw

  1. Split buns or rolls in half. Spoon BBQ chicken mixture over the bottom half of bun or roll. Drizzle any extra BBQ sauce from crockpot and top with healthy coleslaw. Top with other half of bun/roll.
* liquid smoke is critical to giving the sauce a smoky BBQ flavor. You should be able to find it in most grocery stores . You can also find it in Target stores that carry food items as well as online at Amazon.
