Serves: 6 servings
  • 4 cups frozen strawberries*
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt ( coconut yogurt for Vegan option)
  • 3 Tbsp Honey ( or Agave for Vegan option)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
For the Honey Yogurt "Cream" (optional)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt ( or coconut yogurt for Vegan option)
  • 1 Tbsp honey ( or Agave for Vegan option)
  • water
  1. Place frozen strawberries in a food processor or blender and pulse until strawberries are rough chopped. Add Greek yogurt, honey and lemon juice and continue blending/processing until creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.
For the Honey Yogurt "Cream" (optional)
  1. Whisk ¼ cup Greek yogurt and 1 Tbsp honey together. Add a small amount of water to thin yogurt to a thick cream consistency. ( I used about 2 tsps. but this will vary depending on the brand of yogurt you are using, some are much thicker than others).
  2. Serve Frozen yogurt and top with "cream" and sliced strawberries for garnish.
* You can use fresh strawberries for this recipe. Clean strawberries and cut in half. Freeze for at least 2 hours prior to making Frozen yogurt.
