  • 4 cups frozen strawberries*
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt coconut yogurt for Vegan option
  • 3 tablespoon Honey or Agave for Vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

For the Honey Yogurt "Cream" (optional)

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for Vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon honey or Agave for Vegan option
  • water

Instructions

  • Place frozen strawberries in a food processor or blender and pulse until strawberries are rough chopped. Add Greek yogurt, honey and lemon juice and continue blending/processing until creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
  • Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.

For the Honey Yogurt "Cream" (optional)

  • Whisk ¼ cup Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon honey together. Add a small amount of water to thin yogurt to a thick cream consistency. ( I used about 2 tsps. but this will vary depending on the brand of yogurt you are using, some are much thicker than others).
  • Serve Frozen yogurt and top with "cream" and sliced strawberries for garnish.

Notes

* You can use fresh strawberries for this recipe. Clean strawberries and cut in half. Freeze for at least 2 hours prior to making Frozen yogurt.
