"Insanely Good ! " Green Juice { or Mocktail}

Ingredients

  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 cucumber peeled
  • 2-3 cups arugula
  • 3-4 stalks celery
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 large handful of parsley
  • 1 large vine ripened tomatoes or 5-6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • 2-3 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • Celery stalks/spinach/lemon slices/parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Wash all produce well. Cut apples, cucumber, celery as needed to fit through juicer.
  • Add apples, cucumbers, arugula, celery, spinach, parsley, and tomato through the juicer. Add a squeeze of lemon ( approx. 1 tsp) and a pinch of cayenne to juice mixture.
  • Serve immediately

To make Mocktail

  • Serve over ice, add a 2-3 drops of Worcestershire sauce and fresh cracked pepper. Garnish with celery stalks and lemon slices.

Notes

Fresh juice is best served immediately. Can be stored in the refrigerator in an air-tight container (like a mason jar) for up to 24 hours.
