"Liver Purifier " Beet Juice
"Liver Purifier" Detox Juice- this tasty blend of beets, cucumber, carrot, celery, spinach, parsley and lemon is chock full of antioxidants and vitamins and is a great tonic to help rev up the body's own natural detoxification process.

Ingredients
½
beet
½
cucumber

carrots
3
celery stalks
1
large handful of spinach
(or 2 stalks Swiss Chard)
1
handful of parsley
(or Dandelion roots)
½
medium lemon
(juice of)
Instructions
Put beet, cucumber, carrots, celery, spinach and parsley through a juicer according to manufacturers instructions.
squeeze the juice of ½ lemon into the beet juice and stir.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Juice is best served immediately. If storing juice do so in a glass air-tight container (like a mason jar) in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
