Crockpot  Chicken Fajitas

The Crockpot does all the work!   Easy weekday or weekend meal or meal prep option

It's as easy as adding  4 ingredients and some seasonings to the slow cooker and letting  it simmer.

Ingredients: boneless chicken breasts bell peppers onion seasoning packet (or info for homemade in recipe)  chicken broth flour tortillas toppings of choice

Step One:  Slice bell peppers and onion and add to the bottom of the crockpot

Step Two:  Add boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs) on top of vegetables.

Step Four:  Cover Crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. When finished cooking remove chicken breasts and shred with two forks

Step Five:  Add shredded chicken back to crockpot and mix with bell peppers and onions

Step Six:  Serve in flour tortillas and top with your favorite toppings like  cheese, sour cream, fresh cilantro and limes
