- 2 individual naan breads or pita bread
- 2 tablespoon hummus
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- ½ cucumber sliced
- ½ avocado sliced
- 10 cherry or grape tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
- ½ lemon
- olive oil for drizzling
- salt and pepper to taste
Toast the naan bread (or pita bread) in toaster oven or under broiler in oven.
Spread a layer of hummus on naan bread. Top with spinach, cucumber, tomatoes and crumbled feta. Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
