Ingredients

cup
coconut water
1
medium beet
peeled and cut into pieces
6
strawberries
3
medjool dates
2
Tablespoons
coconut
shredded or flaked
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
ice cubes
optional
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with additional coconut flakes if desired.
Sip! Slurp! Enjoy!...repeat.
