Ingredients

cup
rolled oats
½
cup
peanut butter
½
cup
white chocolate chips
⅓
cup
honey
or agave
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
¾
teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to mix thoroughly. Refrigerate mixture for at least 30 minutes.( up to 1 hour).
Form into 1 inch balls.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Optional- on a flat surface(like a plate) combine a pinch of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Roll energy bites for a little extra cinnamon flavor.
