"Liver Purifier " Beet Juice
Ingredients
- ½ beet
- ½ cucumber
- 2 carrots
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 large handful of spinach (or 2 stalks Swiss Chard)
- 1 handful of parsley (or Dandelion roots)
- ½ medium lemon (juice of)
Instructions
- Put beet, cucumber, carrots, celery, spinach and parsley through a juicer according to manufacturers instructions.
- squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon into the beet juice and stir.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
